The infamous Milan Design Week kick started April, with Caesarstone unveiling the latest instalment of their year-long collaboration with celebrated designer Jaime Hayon. The DMC team ensured the event was as successful as possible by encouraging press attendance to both the installation and the Caesarstone x Wallpaper* party, as well as leveraging their presence on their social media channels. The “Stone Age Folk” installation was very well received and we secured an array of post-event coverage including a feature in The Evening Standard Homes & Property. Another firm favourite for April was seeing both Caesarstone and GROHE in Good Things magazine’s Interiors Edit, where glossy marble-inspired surfaces and brightly coloured kitchen taps took pride of place. Meanwhile, we scheduled a press lunch with our client LochAnna Kitchens and the team at Burda Media, who write for key consumer and trade KBB titles such as KBBDaily, EKBB and Your Home. This was an invaluable opportunity, securing upcoming exclusives, product features and interviews. We were also delighted to see a full page of coverage in April’s Designer KB magazine, detailing LochAnna’s website makeover alongside beautiful kitchen imagery.
GROHE, as ever, remains on top of the bathroom game. In particular, the Aquatunes Bluetooth speakers are continuing to make a lasting impression, and were included in the Evening Standard’s Best Smart Tech for the Home feature both online and in print. We also secured inclusion in The World of Interiors, who chose GROHE’s Essence Professional taps for their special Taps and Showers shoot.
Jessops had fantastic exposure in LandLove magazine this month, with a double page spread as part of their annual photography competition. Alongside organising the competition, we also ensured inclusion of expert photography tips from Jessops as well as editorial on their acclaimed Jessops Academy courses.
