AEG's newest piece of kit, the ProCombi SousVide oven, was unveiled to 16 top long-lead homes, interiors and lifestyle journalists at an exclusive preview at Taste of Christmas 2013 at London’s Tobacco Dock.
The press saw the sous vide system in action, thanks to a lively and informative demonstration from Electrolux partner chef and brand ambassador, Tom Kitchin. Tom showed the press just how revolutionary SousVide is when it comes to creating delicious food of professional standards, and did not hold back on how impressed he was with the appliance!
