In preparation for the consumer press launch of AEG’s new multifunction ovens with SteamBake technology, DMC spent a very educational (and tasty) morning uncovering the secrets of cooking with steam. The team had a fun time mixing, rolling, kneading and experiencing first-hand just how one simple burst of steam can make all the difference to your baking results. With our very own eyes we saw how bread and pastries were enhanced with a higher rise and a crust that was golden and crisp. From these results we are confident that our consumer press will be equally as impressed.
