Camera specialist Jessops invite you to join them at Glasgow Caledonian University on Saturday 16th May for advice and coaching from two world renowned photography experts!Also present at the event are a variety of other exhibitors, including Glasgow Civic Trust, Jessops Photo, Manfrotto and Glasgow City of Science. With an array of experts on hand, camera enthusiasts will gain a range of skills, including street and portrait photography tips from the very best.
Sony Advocate and social documentary photographer Michael Wayne Plant will be demonstrating the abilities of the Sony Compact interchangeable lens cameras, specifically exploring street photography and some of the advantages this system can present. Olympus UK’s Principle Photographer and Educator Damian McGillycuddy, winner of 5 UK Master Photographer of the Year awards, will show how well the Olympus cameras work in portrait scenarios, shooting using simple lighting for stunning results. Both sessions are extremely accessible to photography enthusiasts of all skill levels, using a mix of easy to use kit and naturally occurring features to help users gain the most from their cameras.
