Friday 13th April was a good day for Jessops as it opened its Bromley store doors to press to launch its new Photo Concept stores.
DMC identified all the key press and sold in the event - an achievement we believe to get press to take time out to travel to Bromley, but the skill is in pitching what the story is and why it is worth the time out to hear more from the CEO.
Press attendees included the Guardian, The Independent, key photography press such as Amateur Photographer and retail press including Retail Gazette. One to one interviews were arranged with CEO Neil Old (pictured here).
The first article has already appeared in The Guardian.
Jessops was launching its ‘next generation’ photo stores designed to encourage smartphone users to print their photos in the digital age.
The radically redesigned stores will continue to offer kit and Jessops renowned expertise to the avid photographer, whilst also drawing in a new consumer for Jessops: the smart phone savvy photographer and those who want to get creative with their photos.
