With over 12 years’ experience in PR, a background in marketing communications and 10 years as a journalist, Susan has that canny mix of business acumen and creativity that ensures PR and Social Media plays a contributing role in the clients marketing mix. Susan founded DMC PR in 2005 and the company has grown to become one of the best known and respected PR agencies in the KBB sector.
She has a contact list that would be the envy of any PR and makes sure DMC’s clients are first on the list with new opportunities. Married to one of the football world’s best known TV commentators, Susan is never short of an interesting story to tell, even if they can’t all be made public!
Emma was always destined to work in PR, beginning her career at DMC in 2011 just before she graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in English. After two years Emma was headhunted to work in the corporate communications team for a well-known international retailer, returning to DMC after 18 months and bringing with her plenty of newly acquired experience across PR, digital and social media channels to her new role as PR and SM Account Manager.
Emma has a keen eye for blogger partnerships and has secured exciting collaborations for clients and digital influencers. Even after six years there is still nothing that provides Emma with greater job satisfaction than seeing a client’s product or service proudly occupy a prime spot in their target media after a successful pitch!

Jasmine has a background in journalism and SEO copywriting, having completed a Diploma in Freelance Journalism specialising in Music and the Arts. Her passion for dancing led her to train as a professional dancer and performer and she leads a double life spending some time each week teaching dance. But for most of the time she focuses on channeling her skills in marketing communications to benefit our clients.
PR is the perfect medium for Jasmine to channel her creativity and utilise her passion for writing, and she thrives on the variety of tasks that her role within DMC provides.
